This can occurred in two way, If you have not use you billing service for above 90days or System detent irregular transaction. To access your account again contact your account manager with the email link to the account
If you are use Api maybe you have setup the api properly or you have not register your sender ID as mandated by some mobile operators.
If your targeted market demand registering Sender ID before delivering the message, then contact your account manager and provide the relevant information needed to register your sender with the targeted country mobile operators.
